Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Skoofe, the trusted kids’ transportation service. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions regarding refunds.

 

Skoofe is a service provider dedicated to facilitating safe transportation for kids from home to school and back. In the event of any incidents, the responsibility lies with the assigned driver in all cases. Skoofe acts solely as a platform connecting service providers with users.

 

Refunds will not be provided for the following situations:

Skoofe does not operate when schools are closed due to inclement weather, and we strictly follow the schedules of the serviced districts. Each location has the right to charge for the full week or ½ of the weekly tuition, depending on the circumstances. In cases where inclement weather results in a district closure for a full week or longer, the Unforeseen Event policy will apply, entailing a 50% discount.

 

Customers have the option to cancel their Skoofe service at any time with a two-week notice. If a sudden cancellation occurs, a termination fee of 1000 INR, along with one week’s tuition, will be drafted or invoiced based on the selection made during the registration process.

 

To cancel the service, please provide a two-week notice through the parent portal or send an email to [email protected]. In the case of sudden cancellations, the termination fee and one week’s tuition will be processed accordingly.

Please note that by using Skoofe services, you agree to abide by this refund policy. Skoofe reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting on the Skoofe mobile app.
